For the past few days I have been in the North of the Park and had some great walks and weather, then the forest fires started and introduced a new dynamic to the week!
Mountains and areas on the weeks menu included Cnicht, Hebog, Moel yr Ogof, Lefn, Gwydr Forest, and finally Snowdon.
It was a bit scary watching the fires heading towards the hotel and then wondering if there would be any forest left to walk through the next day, as it happened the rains came and thank goodness they did!
Phtos include two fossils on the summit of Snowdon: Ordovician, Brachiopods.
