Out with me over the Bank Holiday were an Internationaly flavoured group experiencing their first Snowdonia Mountain (had to be the highest!).
The weather was kind to us, but originating from Cyprus and Mexico the group thought it was a bit on the chilly side.
Taking the Rhyd Ddu path meant we had to cross Blwch Main which I think is great, being novice mountain walkers the group however were not so convinced. Luckily on the way up the clag was down and they couldnt see the drops!
After light refreshments in the Cafe we headed down, and with the clag now lifting the ridge in all its glory was in full view, with some encouragement we all managed to cross happily and even had time to take a few photos.
All in all a great day out with good company on a fantastic mountain, top effort Tunay, Olivia, Selin & Yusaf !
