Lots been happening over the past couple of weeks so here is a brief catch up, hopefully as it gets quieter I will have more regular updates.
The end of September saw me attendnig two days with Mike Raine which included spedning a day with the Snowdonia Sherperdess Teleri Fielden. What a great day spent on her farm in Nant Gwynant talikg about conservation farming and all its issues, the other day with Mike was spent in Cwm Idwal discussing ML related topics and was again a great interactive, informative day out.
The following week was a four day trip to HF Craflwyn with a couple of private Snowdon guided walking days thrown in, so a really busy few days in mixed weather. It was good to get out into the Moelwyns and Glyders as well as the Snowdon trips meeting lots of new people on the way.
There is the National 3Peaks litter gathering day this Saurday (12th) where lots of dedicated people roam the mountains of the UK picking up litter and get into those hard to get to places giving the mountain a deep clean. I am working on this day but will also be picking up on the way.
Looking forward now to getting to the end of October when it does get a lot quieter and enables me to get out for some social walking etc, with over 60 Snowdon walks done this summer along with all the other mountain areas I think I deserve some chill time
Some photos from the last few days out on the hills.
