Over 1700 runners took part in Sundays Trail Marathon which finished with a run over Snowdon, I was not running but was on duty providing Mountain Leader cover and first aid on some of the not so nice parts of the track.
Thankfully I had a quiet day strapping only one knee & one foot (different runners), it could so easilly have been worrse
Welsh course for me for this week followed by a weekend on Snowdon and, REMEMBER its the International Snowdon Race on Saturday so, if you are planning on going up beware, IT IS GOING TO BE BUSY ON THE MOUNTAIN AND LIKE THE WILD WEST IN TOWN LATER IN THE EVENING, you have been warned!!
Note: there is an open group walk running on Monday August 19th, places available £40pp.
